3. Cancellations and Refunds:

   • Custom or personalized orders cannot be cancelled or refunded if preparation has already begun (typically 48 hours before delivery).
   • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days.
4. Quality Guarantee: We adhere to the high-quality standards set by Monginis. If you receive a product that you believe is defective or not as described, you must notify us immediately (within 3 hours of receipt) with photographic evidence to request a replacement or credit.

3. Delivery and Pickup

1. Delivery Times: Delivery slots are estimates. While we strive to deliver on time, external factors (traffic, weather) may cause delays. We are not liable for compensation for late deliveries.
2. Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and damage to products passes to you upon delivery or pickup. We are not responsible for damage that occurs after the product has been handed over.
3. Incorrect Address: If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we reserve the right to charge for redelivery or void the order without refund.
